Is it wrong to date someone unattractive just so you'll receive extravagant gifts?

Basically this guy is chasing after me although I've made it VERY CLEAR that I've a boyfriend although we're not that serious, (plus he knew this well before he initially approached me). He is about 8 years older than me and I'm merely 20 and have reinstated how age gap makes me uncomfortable as does his creepy flirtatious behaviour at times. He keeps saying 'please date me on the side...he won't know' etc etc. He's already brought me so much jewellery worth thousands and thousands which I've declined most times and plan to return the couple of pieces I'd accepted (as he was practically forcing me to accept as a FRIENDLY gesture) and to be honest he isn't asking me for sexual favours, but just 'date for company cuz he really likes me' :S. I've told my friends about this and they are suggested I date him on the side (cuz he's filthy rich!) and it's crazy to decline all the exorbitant gifts...my boyfriend and I aren;t serious and he'd probably (although I'm not sure) will perhaps allow me to keep friends with this guy. This guy said to be that if I date him he'll pay my tuition fees and buy me a house / apartment whilst I'm in uni and take me to any holidays I want and bring along anyone I want. It all sounds so tempting :( The problem is I do not at all find him attractive and would feel guilty accepting all that stuff and not giving him something back sexually (although he isn't directly asking for it)...
