Hey,
this is mainly one for the GIRLS to answer but if there are any guys who can provide anything helpful then feel free.
Basically, on St.Patrick's Day I went out clubbing with my mates at Uni, consumed a large quantity of alcohol and got lucky with a girl on the dancefloor and we went back to her halls for the night. In all honesty, from what I remember, the sex wasn't great (alcohol affected and certainly not what I'm capable of) but it seemed like she enjoyed most of it.
The next morning, she had to wake up for Rowing training at 6AM so she left me to sleep in her bed while she was gone. When she came back, she got back into bed and we cuddled for hours on end and got to know each other and before we left to go into Uni together, she gave me a long passionate kiss, smiling afterwards. We exchanged numbers and we've texting everyday since and I also added her on facebook.
Not gonna lie, I'm extremely attracted to this girl and really want to see where this thing between us goes. I'm assuming most of the above are good signs? Especially how she let me stay in her room while she was away and she didn't throw me out at any point.
HOWEVER- my concerns are: when it comes to texting her, I'm always the one to start the conversation. I try not to text her too many times (e.g. I only texted her 4 times today) and when she responds I take a while to write my reply so I don't seem too keen and scare her off. Is the fact that I'm always the first to text a bad thing or is she just busy?
I don't see her often. We live quite far away from each other (I live near Manchester, she lives near Bristol) and at Uni the first time I'd met her was St.Paddy's Day (cos it was a One Night Stand but we do have a few mutual friends). Is our lack of regular face-to-face contact a problem?
Holidays. We've just finished for Easter break and won't be back at Uni for about a month. Will she lose interest (if she is interested) over that time before I can ask her out in person or should I ask her if she'd like to meet up when we get back from Easter break?
Ever since the break-up with my ex a month or so ago, I haven't felt so attracted to another girl, perhaps even more so than my ex (they are two quite different people), so I really want to check I'm onto something good here and want to work out a good way to go about things before I take the leap.
Please help me out, I'd really appreciate it :)
Put the internet to work for you.
