Girls; can you feel when a guy 'finishes?'

Hey, anon or delete please!
Basically, during sex, how can you tell when your boyfriend is um, done? What if he's quiet about it and stuff?
Like, you hear that girls can supposedly feel when the guy has jizzed but I can't?! Is that normal?

Acceptance, Letting Go, and Moving On

Hi All -

I'm starting a new thread over here, after a year in the "Going Through Separation and Divorce" section. My D will be final in the next few weeks, so my biggest mental hurdle now is embracing being "unmarried," adjusting to a new chapter without STBXH in it, and the remnants of greiving the lost love, intimacy and companionship. And I also struggle with living alone, as we did not have children. I would sure love any tips from those who've made it to the other side and feel "recovered" from your D.

I do make efforts to get out and be social, but you can't avoid coming home and waking up to just the cats each day, and the house feels so quiet and empty sometimes -- I start missing my STBXH, and well... I obviously still have some healing to do. I've started putting on some beautiful classical music first thing in the morning to help fill the quietness and calm my nerves. Little things like that can help. I do the self care things -- exercise, massage, etc. and I am in IC.

As for company, I have zero desire to jump into dating, and am told that's a mistake until you are further along in getting over your D. It can end up delying your healing, because you are not ready to intimately bond with someone else, even when the mutual intention is just for an exclusive realationship scenario (agreement that neither party is looking for a future marriage committment). I sure can't see myself ever getting re-married, but fellow TAMer Chucky insists that he could retire in Boca Raton if he has a nickle for everyone who has said that, but gone on to tie the knot again ;)

I don't know -- I look around me and see many examples of women who are happily single. But for me, it is not what I wanted or envisioned for my life so I don't feel too thrilled about being unmarried. I do try to look at the upside of it -- the freedom, the flexibility, doing whatever the heck I want (no compromising). I hope eventually the "new normal" will feel happier and more comfortable. Sounds cliche, but I guess it just takes time (and therapy - LOL!). Is that really all there is to it, or are there other things I could be doing to help myself move on, focus on re-building and embracing the "new normal" and stop looking back?

Best Regards, - A12

Asking a 'random' girls number

I'm 18 and from London. WELL to the point

GIRLS:

If a random boy you don't know started conversation with you and said you are pretty and so on. Would you give your number? Assuming the boy is not ugly...

DISCUSS :D

Why do people find it weird when people would rather be alone?

So I've come to the conclusion after ages that I would rather be on my own, in my own company and doing what I want. What's so wrong with that really?

I'm a quiet guy who enjoys his own company, sue me.

My friends of a few years think that it's weird that I would rather travel on my own, study on my own, and go read a book with a coffee on my own. I don't know, I think I'm just more mature than them and we really have nothing in common anymore.

Were you married before or after the endorphin co(ktail? Advice to your kids?

Def. "We" means humans

Agree or disagree? > New love releases endorphins and we are blinded by lust. We feel as if it will last forever and can't possibly ever end. Romantic pursuit and effort to maintain and or catch and lock in is out in full force.

Theeeeeeeeeen reality sets in over a period of years and we want to throw our spouse off a bridge at every annoyance. LOL

Did you marry during the endorphin love blind phase or wait until it wore off?

How long did your blind love thing last before you found your spouse unbearable at times.

Was your spouse ever unbearable during the initial blind love phase?

Would you advise your children to wait until the goofy blind love phase wears off or jump right in and figure out how to make it work along the way?

Remember you cant reason with a drunken idiot

Men & hygiene

I want to see where my husband is compared to others in general because I really wish he put more effort in with shaving, showering at least 1x/day, wearing cologne etc.

How important is your own hygiene to yourself? My husband isn't terrible but I wish he was 'fresh & clean' more often and showered every night before bed (even if he showered in the morning). He rarely wears cologne and it drives me nuts because I love when a guy smells good.

Is that being unreasonable?

how often would you want sex in a new relationship? Also how long should it last?

I lost my virginity about 2 weeks ago to my new boyfriend and ever since i really want to have sex. We have done it every day we see each other, sometimes twice, but i need it more.

Im not orgasming so not sure if this makes a difference as to why i want it more?

Also, how long should a guy last in bed? We tend to kiss, touch for a bit, then intercourse lasts about 5 minutes.

Is this normal?

Is communication the hardest thing to accomplish?

So many seems to listen with full baggage, emotion, assumptions, cynical analysis of intent behind the question, gender specific communication styles and the like altering the intended meaning of every day words.

The question "Just curious, why do you ask?" pops up a lot. sometimes you can feel the "I knew it. You're a zhitball" vibe from that point if the intent violates their pile of baggage wisdom.

I am often stunned what seems clearly stated gets so misunderstood so fast.

For example...

I am HD and wife is LD.

From a banned member. "Its your fault you are not attractive to your spouse. What have you done to your wife to deserve your zhitty marriage?"

I am paraphrasing but WTF?

If that isn't presumptuous baggage then what is?

Hahahaha

How to change my way of thinking? Feeling anxious, paranoid, depressed.

Generally, I feel these emotions for no reason. It might be my paranoia kicking in because a friend didn't reply to my message on time or not at all, so I get paranoid they hate me and pretend to like me and talking about me etc. Then I get anxious and depressed. He eventually messages me and I feel ok again. I don't know why I feel this way as despite my problems, I always get invites and texts from people but I care too much what people think of me. I even come across as cocky and arrogant to hide this.

How can I change my way of thinking? I am actually suffering here as I feel mentally drained.

I made a fake profile because I didn't want to be seen online, but now met this woman

I made a fake profile because I didn't want to be seen on an online dating site. I don't know what to do now. I uploaded photos of a random guy, but now I totally regret it. Should I create a new profile without photos and message her to say I would like to talk to her, but I am willing to send her photos of me?

I just don't want to upload photos of me online in case people in the area see I'm on there. I do not want my reputation tarnished by going on a dating site and people seeing me, then people spreading this. I know it's stupid to think like this, but for a guy it's worse if people see me on a dating site - it's not a good for a guy to online date.

Should I text her the truth, send her a photo of me and hope she forgives me for it or what do I do? I can't be f***** any more, I just feel I need to be honest. Wow, this was dumb!

I am 24, she is 28. She told me she's been on a couple dates, but they didn't go anywhere. I just feel that I've f***** up big time! She says she likes me and wants me to take her out. Am I screwed?

suggestions?

Do you find it difficult to be just friends with a hot guy/girl?

I have included a poll in this. Please pick the option which most closely relates to you. Post any further comments in the thread including any personal experiences you have had such as if you have acted on feelings, if you have been friendzoned or if you stopped being friends because they were too hot and making you sexually frustrated.

My prediction is more guys find it difficult to be just friends with a hot girl than the other way round.

My girlfriend doesn't like anal. Help!?

Every time I ask her she gets angry and says no. When I try to force it she tenses her arse. What sorts of drugs can I use to sedate her and loosen her arse?

p.s : she used to do it with her ex, so i feel an inequality

When does it come back

A question but I'm sure others here have had similar complaints. I'll give some background first.
I have been married 12 years to my wife and have 3 children. Although we have normal maritial issues such we had a very good marriage. Two months ago when she was extremely drunk she made out with a random guy. There have been no infidelities before this event. There was nothing else that happened as this incident was witnessed. We have read books, and are seeing a MC. We are back to full intimacy including sex, oral, touching, etc but I'm unable to make out with her/French kiss. When I have tried, I get a rock feeling in my gut and horrible memories.

I think this is normal, but wanted to see how others have delt with his. It could also be how others delt with other physical aspects of a WS?
