Why would a girl pull away when last time we spoke she said she was falling for me?

It has been over 3 days since I last heard from the girl I'm seeing. It's confusing because the last time we spoke she said she is falling for me. Why could she be pulling away? I can tell she is crazy about me just by the way she looks at me when we're together. We're kind of in a LDR because we live in different cities over an hour apart.
