Not sure how to get over jealousy of other women?

Looking for advice.. I am a jealous type lady. I am the type also that if you break my trust, its hard to get back to the level of trust I originally had. I know my husband loves me for me, and tells me i'm beautiful, he is a wonderful family man. He has done stuff in the past that hurt me and upset me (no cheating or anything). I will flat out admit that I have low self image, I hate the way I look at times. Jealousy always gets the best of me. When my husband and I are out in public, If I see a lady who is dressed scantily, I can't control my jealousy. I try to control, but I find it extremely impossible. I've talked to my husband about it, and I do feel better after talking...Only to relapse on the same pattern of being jealous. My jealousy is tearing our marriage apart. I need advice, please help?
