Joint or Separate Accounts?

Hello! I am new to the forums and newly-married. My husband and I are discussing our finances (how to combine, how to spend etc) and right now we are deciding on how to bank our money. Should we choose joint accounts? Or is separate accounts better? :scratchhead::confused: Looking forward to your advice. :)
