Hi y'all, Lately, I have been contemplating giving hypnotherapy a try. I have had a life long battle with anxiety, lack of motivation, driving, nail biting and more recently, flying. I have tried to be logical and reasonable about my phobias and I am aware, to a certain extent, about the causes of it. Regardless, of how logical and analytical I am about myself, I have been unsuccessful about overcoming my fears. I was wondering if anyone as tried it yet. If so what are you thoughts about it? How successful was your experience? Thank you in advance. | |||
