Shorter version of housemate and boyfriend bullying post

So long post made shorter. My boyfriend and I, along with another female housemate (we all have our own tenancy agreements etc) are being bullied by one housemate in particular. She gets very verbal and personally attacks us, even going to the extent of shouting at us in the middle of the street. She says pretty nasty things about me out loud so I can hear it, even in front of my friends about waging a war against me and being the top of the house. She shouts at me if I ask her to do anything, she takes my personal property without asking and when i ask for it back she returns it unwashed etc. She made us witness her cheat on her long distance boyfriend, made s feel awkward and had a go at us for not approving. now this new boyfriend lives in the house 24/7 against the tenancy agreement. she brings smokers into the house and damages the property. Her boyfriend washes his clothes here, showers, has his own drawers and does not pay a penny. But I am scared that if I tell the landlord that this girl will come and be abusive towards me again. I can't concentrate on my studies and I feel that I can't use communal areas. her boyfriend supports her attitude and acts the same way towards us now. what do i do?
