My ex keeps telling me about his new gf and sex life why?

Its sounds so insane my ex left me for another women when he went to uni last year. It transpries that he had been sleeping with her for months and had also been sleeping with a few other girls behind my back. I was gutted and heartbroken because I was madly in love with him. I got seriously ill from the break up I couldnt eat or sleep i literally lost the plot I think I had a mental break down and ended up in hospital due to my severe weight loss I think i lost about 2 stone in 2 months. This guy put me through a living hell and it was without a doubt the worst period of my life. He made me feel repulsive and ugly fat and disgusting. I have a new boyfriend who is perfect but deep down I cant get over the fear that he will do what my ex did. We fight alot more recently due to my insecurities I constantly accuse him of cheating and im needy always asking him if he findss me attractive or should i do something differently to please him Anyway my ex text me yesterday asking if I was up for 'some fun' to which I replied no I have a boyfriend im not interested. He then proceeded to tell me how amazing his new girlfriend is how great she is at sex, how kinky she is and that the sex is 'just wow'. It was a dig at me because I slept with him once in the whole relationship and didnt feel it was right so stopped him ( im not frigid i have a fully physical relationship with my now boyfriend) I know i shouldnt care but my ex telling me how great this new girl is quite frankly makes me feel ****, all my friends say i shouldnt care that im 'prettier than her' but I dont believe any of this. This girl is 19 has a 3 year old son and is pregnant yet hes rubbing it in my face that shes everything im not i just dont know why he is doing this or saying it but ive taken it to heart and its really really upset me
