Doing unusually nice things for guys - will they think I fancy them?

i am a very nice and generous person. i frequently do unusually nice things for people, and in particular i like baking (but am not very good at it). However when i do them for guys, I do worry that they will think i fancy them and things will get weird. the things i am talking about are: - well thought out, beautifully wrapped, expensive gifts on christmas. such as, very lovely large godiva chocolates, or a very personal book in their native language - when one was ill i brought them a home-baked cake, some homemade soup, a box of ginger tea and some medicines - home-baked cookies 'just because' when visiing their house. are these the actions of a ncie person OR am i too OTT? more importantly will they think i fancy them? the christmas gifts, one of them gave a thank you but after he opened it on xmas, he didnt say anything, the other didnt even acknowledge it. the ill one acted very cold and awkward, but im not sure it was cos it was ott or because my cooking is not always good
