Personally I don't feel it makes a jot of difference if my friends don't like my partner. However, I get the sense that often a girl's friends can have a huge impact on how she sees her boyfriend - I think this is especially true in LDRs.
What do you reckon? Is it worth trying to butter-up your significant other's friends, or should you focus all of your attention on your partner regardless?
