So my daughter does NOT like having to wear a bra. Now, I do understand for many women, especially bustier ones such as my daughter, bras can be uncomfortable. Here's the thing, I have told her she can of course do what she wants when she's in her room, but if she's outside of it and I am around I have asked her to wear one. This isn't a new issue per se, when I told her before she agreed but lately she says "What does it matter? I am inside, why should I have to wear one?".
I should note I have taken her to various places to get properly fitted and have bought her many bras that she said she wanted. I do realize a lot of women do not wear a bra at home, but I feel that out of respect for me especially since we are together often, when we are together asking her to wear a bra is quite reasonable.
This attitude is not welcome, especially since her birthday is right around the corner.
Please offer some advice ladies!
