I've encountered a few issues lately within my relationship, some of which have caused me anxiety, depression and trust issues. But some of which I think derive from within- insecurities.
We haven't been going out long, perhaps a couple months and I've had trust issues due to unspoken concerns (bottling up worries, anger and stress), and generally questioning her a lot which I guess comes from not truly knowing what is going on when I can't see her (we are long distance).
We had a massive argument lately in which I completely let spill everything that bothered me because I simply couldn't take it. Everything was building up and I lost it.
Ever since me and her have improved and being a lot happier and talkative and expressive. But every now and then I see things, which she points out that annoy me and my trust dips again.
How can I restore lost trust? It seems to go up and down, dependent on my mental health and environments and situations.
Note: I have made this as generic as possible because it will be too long to mention all details.
Put the internet to work for you.
