Think he's gay

Anon please..so basically I slept with a guy from a nearby halls during freshers and it was not good sex at all. Irrelevant and I would be okay with it all if he didn't proceed to tell my flatmates that we are "**** buddies" and gets emotional when I told him that I'm not interested in that way and that we would be good friends (probably not but that's another story). Also, admits to not being able to be intimate with girls and has a 'crush' on my male flatmate. I'm aware that sexuality can be broad/fluid but does this sound like he's gay? Honestly?

Guys: Is Kim Kardashians bum too big?

Just curious. The reasoning behind me asking is under a spoiler but it's not really relevant and just be wining really.

Spoiler:
Show
Basically, I have a huge bum and I hate it. My figure is pretty much the same as Kim Kardashians (we have the same measurements and we just look exactly the same). Now I know that Kim is said to be attractive so this thread could sound like I'm trying to show off or something? But i'm asking if Kim is attractive in spite of her big hips and bum and she would look more attractive with a smaller bum?

I just feel so insecure with my hips and bum. I constantly wear long tops to cover it and every time I catch my reflection in a window's reflection I lose all confidence. I was much slimmer until I was around 16 (I'm 18 now) and then suddenly my body goes from being relatively straight up and down to having huge hips and boobs and I feel so uncomfortable. I feel like I look like a woman who has had four children rather than a young 18 year old. It's hard to explain because I know curves are seen as attractive but mine are too excessive to be attractive.

My Mum is constantly telling me that I need to lose the fat in my bum and my friends are always saying little comments that just eat away at me. Also when you go on articles about Kim Kardashian (don't judge me hahaha) the comments are always saying her body is digusting and it looks like she's wearing a nappy, etc. It's hard not to take it personally.

I'm not overweight either so it's not like losing weight will help.

I asked loads of girls at the club if they would sleep with me and they ALL said "No"

So basically I dressed up nicely, showered and cleaned my room in anticipation of a one night stand. I headed out on me own as my friends weren't up for it as it was a last minute decision and as I was quite horny at this stage so decided to just go for it. I asked loads of girls directly for sex in about 5 or 6 different bars and clubs and I must have approached close to about a hundred if not more girls and they all literally pied me off.
Now I knew most girls would say no but then again the law of averages states that because of the amount I approached I should have got a "yes" a couple of times at the very least. I also stayed sober so that I can perform well later and I wasted 2 hours hanging around for nothing and it majorly damaged my self-esteem as I always was a confident outgoing person. One girl did offer to make-out only with me, but I wasn't interested in that as I don't consider that to be pulling and it wasn't what I was looking for. Tonight my friends are all going out and I was invited but after the events of last night I won't be out and about anytime soon and made excuses to them. Rant over.

I'm confused

I'm confused about my sexuality and was wondering if anyone had any similar experiences. I'm a girl by the way.

Okay, so a couple years ago at a party a girl told me she thought I was hot and thought I was gay, and when she asked me if I was I didn't really have an answer for her. I've never had a relationship and have been attracted physically to guys and girls (Mostly celebrities or tv characters) so I didn't really know what I was.

Well I sort of started thinking then about whether I was gay or Bi or not. because of how flattered and happy I felt when she liked me and how I thought about asking her out but didn't in the end. And after that I tried to put it out of my mind and label myself as 'straight' but this year I've been thinking more and more about it. One of my friends who's a girl recently got a girlfriend and part of me went 'I want that' especially when I saw them together. And then we went out last night to a club.

I got a bit of attention from a guy who was described by my friends as 'super hot' but I didn't see it. And felt really uncomfortable when we started dancing together, though I tried to push past it as I thought that would make me weird for not liking him. Then I made an excuse to leave and he tried to kiss me which I dodged. I pretty much ran out and felt like crying after that.

I feel like there's a few options.
Either there's something wrong with me and I don't like physical contact from guys, I'm asexual, or I'm gay, or maybe bi and I haven't met the right guy. or I might even be straight but really scared of the physical stuff. I don't know. I do know that I felt jealous and lonely when I saw my friend kissing her girlfriend, and I've always been more comfortable with girls than guys. But I'm just feeling really confused right now.

Any advice would be helpful if someone can actually make any sense of this at all! :-)

How to get over him - I hardly know him that well?

Hey
Anon or delete please.
So I recently started liking this guy, he is a couple of years older than me at a different school and I literally don't know him that well, we go to the same church but we're in completely different groups and he's been there longer than I have so I don't really know him at all.
Anyway I'm trying to stop thinking about him, it's distracting me from my studies - it's so unlike me! I literally hardly know him. I don't think he likes me back, he has come to sit next to me a couple of times and we have talked a couple of times, and I have caught him staring at me and he smiles at me sometimes but I don't think it means anything, he's just nice like that.
Anyway has anyone has been in a similar situation?

Friends dilemma...

Hi everyone,

So I'm facing a bit of a dilemma. I started university not long ago and I moved into accommodation with a couple of my friends. At the time, it seemed wonderful and I thought it would help make the experience more fun and help me with my homesickness. However, I don't think it's helped at all. I've had nights out where I've enjoyed myself, but the problem is I'm not meeting anyone new. In my flat, I've made no new friends whereas most new students do, also on my course I've been unable to meet no new friends as my friends are sticking with me which was great at first but I'm starting to worry incase tensions might be caused and I have no other friends to talk to, plus I'm already started to be singled out which is quite upsetting so I just spend most of my time in my room. I'm just considering to transfer uni and make a fresh new start where I can go it alone and be my own person without being walked upon. I'm the kind of friend that always gets made fun out of as there's str onger characters. But yeah is this a good idea?

Flatmates

Right, so I am an international student and all my flatmates are British. I don't have any problems with that though cause they are all friendly people. Its just that I have barely been here 2 weeks and its taking me time to adjust to the culture differences and stuff. The first night I moved into the flat there was a party going on and tbh it freaked me out, I just think that they might have been a bit more considerate. Also, all of them have really bonded well with each other, going out together regularly and stuff. I did go out once but considering that I am not much into drinking and clubbing I didn't really have much fun. Considering that it takes me time to open up to new people is not helping my case either. A flatmate of mine had her recently and they all planned a night out but didn't invite me, so that hurt a bit. I had to include myself in their plans. Also, some of their habits do annoy me like when they come back at 2 am and start making lou d noises or playing really loud music. I am cordial with them, small talk when I see them like asking them how their day was. But when they are all in the kitchen together and/or have friends over it makes it really awkward for me to go in the kitchen. Most of their conversation revolves around topics that I have no clue about so can't really participate much.

My question is, should I make more of an effort with them or try to find similar minded people? Also, should I get my flatmate a present even though I really don't know her?

Please Help! A guy I met online.

A few month back I went on a gay chatroom just out of boredom but I was pleasantly surprised to meet a really nice guy.

Cutting a long story, I've really fell in love with this guy and his all I can think about. He asked me I about a month ago if we could meet and normally I would never ever meet someone offline.

Anyway at the end of this month we have planned and booked to meet up somewhere neutral for 3 days to spend some time together. We've talked a lot online and video called and his a really great guy, I can't even describe how much I like him.

The problem is he keeps talking about how his going to move to Canada for a year, which upsets me as it is, but the other night he said he would ideally like to permanent live there but "he'll still visit if he can". At one point he couldn't wait to meet me and wanted to spend all his time with me and now he keeps talking about Canada. It's like his going to meet me then just dumb me when his ready to move.

What shall I do? Should I ask him what his intentions are with our relationship however small. Or should I just meet him and see what happens. Any advise would be excellent as I'am starting to fall into a depression because of it.

Any other detail needed just ask. Thanks

Guy 'friend' - it's so damn complicated.

Hey guys!

It's been a while - and a lot has changed (but I still have problems, of course...)

Okay so, there's this guy i've been friends with for a long while (about 2 years now, we met in uni) and I am very close to him. We've both shared a lot with one another and I regard us as just friends as being very close, good friends.

I have always found him extremely charming, and we've always had a bit of chemistry/tension between us, but I could never do anything about it since I was with my (now ex) boyfriend. He left for Malawi in Summer for a month and I missed him like crazy. When he came back I met him at the bus stop and we had a good talk. We met up a couple of times after that and I expressed I was unhappy with my (now ex) boyfriend. He told me he knew I wasn't content.

Just to tell you all, the break up was not influenced by him in any way. It was solely my decision and I really was not happy at all. I've not realized through telling my friends and family the truth of what our relationship was like that it was very abnormal and he was extremely controlling of me and my life, (I'm a lot happier now I'm free).

I went on a 'break' with my boyfriend about 2 months prior to all this. I was very slow at admitting to myself that things weren't right in my life, it was very difficult, especially with such a long term relationship. But, we went on a break and I felt a lot happier almost immediately, I had a lot of free time and could see all of my friends again without being tied down (I would plan my weeks around him).

One night my friend came over as his internet had been cut off, because he was moving out of his flat. He checked his emails, etc etc, and found he'd failed an exam he had to pass. He was really really upset and I'd never seen him so sad. I brought him in some tea and he was on my bed and i lay next to him. He turned and hugged me really reallt tightly, for quite a while. I looked up at him and he kissed me. I didn't stop because I did want it, and obviously one thing led to another (after a 20 minute half naked discussion of course). I didn't regret it, and so I broke up with my boyfriend altogether.

We've both been very busy since, it's been a month though, now since I saw him and we have been texting but I feel like i'm starting every conversation (if you can call it that) and only once has he asked me (last week) if i'm free and I was busy, as I'd made plans. I text him 2 days ago, and we did have a bit of a conversation and I told him he'd been acting distant; what was up? He just said he'd been busy and he hadn't had a chance to talk in person. (No wonder... you've not made any effort apart from once in a month) I told him that no matter what had happened between us, he was my friend and that i valued him and his opinion, and that I missed him, that I had nothing to lose by telling him that (he'd barely been around.) So, at this point, he hasnt replied.

A part of me says leave him hes not worth your time, but another says call him and try and see him, because I miss him like hell.

I'm just scared to lose him as a friend, he means a lot to me. And I don't know what to do.

Help, guys?
Sorry for the long post.

TL;DR: I have a guy friend (known for 2 years, been close), who since we've had sex (after I broke up with my boyfriend (NOT because of him) is half ignoring me and half not, it's very confusing. Not sure what to do. Help please?

Why have I been awful at making friends my whole life?

I'm 23 and throughout my life I have been hopeless at making friends at every stage in my life. Since junior school I have never had any proper friends or if I do make friends, they quickly drift away. It's been a big problem throughout my life. Yes I am a quiet person. But for example at uni, even the shyest people I know have made good friends. For me it has always been a struggle not just at uni but at all stages in my life. There must be something wrong with me in this regard because even the weirdest people I know have made at least some friends in their life. My 'friends' in my life have essentially been acquaintances or they were friends for a few weeks (maybe months) then drifted away from me. Is there a reason for this?

I think at 23 it is kind of late to change my habits. My personality has essentially fulled formed and I am a fully grown adult now.

Getting into dating...when a guy says he's going to do something but doesn't...?

I've alway been afraid of dating but after a recent heartache I've decided to get back into it full throttle and pretty swiftly...and right now, I'm mainly just ventilating.

I met up with this guy on Wednesday - neither of us fancies doing anything so decided to watch a movie. He was ok but there wasn't really anything there. I was trying to get over my ex and had sex with him. I felt no attachment whatsoever for the first time. I needed to be home and straight afterwards, I got up and left, he dropped me off at the train station (as planned) and I made my 20 minute journey around midnight. Never heard from him again. I messaged him after a day 'I got home safe thanks for asking.....x' the message has been read but two days later no reply. Which is fine, like I said...I wasn't feeling it either.

--

Last night I went on another date with a different guy, we went for drinks and there was a spark there. The bar shut and he invited me back to his afterwards and we watched a movie, I stayed the night, he was horny but I didn't allow anything to happen. Anyway...He told me that he liked me, he told me I was very attractive, genuine and fun and defiantly wanted to see me again. The morning after (this morning) we walked into town and grabbed coffee and went separate ways at 9:30am. He said he would text today, but hasn't so far and it's getting late. I've put up with so much s*** in the past and I'm becoming pretty ruthless and anti guy b***s***, If a guy says he's going to do something, I want him to. If he likes me, he should text me. If he's a gentleman, he would check that I got home safe! Etc etc.
I just don't understand...??
If he doesn't message me tonight like he said, I'm certainly pulling back, if not out altogether...

How am I supposed to react to this? Odd experience

I was walking back from college today, and out of nowhere this guy whistles at me so I ignored him. Then he said 'excuse me' twice so I turned around and he came to me. He went on about how he wanted to go to the college round the corner from where we were (and I attend) and how they gave him the impression they didn't want him there, he also said he's very new to the area so doesn't know where to enquire. He asked for my number so I gave it thinking he genuinely needed assistance.

He said he was 19 and I looked 21 (I'm 17!) and that it was a good thing. He asked if he could walk with me a bit and asked if I had a boyfriend (I don't but said yes to stop him pursuing me). We had a 20 min conversation where he talked about me looking like some posh girl, and every car that went past he'd be like 'do you know them? they're looking at you?' and about how he felt we had a connection as soon as we looked at each other (LOL).

Then, he started going on about his Hugo Boss shoes and some jumper he bought yesterday for £550, and how with one call he could get me anything I wanted like perfume. He was strange though he asked me if my clothes were from Debenhams, and asked me twice if I wore makeup. In the end he goes he KNOWS I'll think about him tonight, and that he's never approached a girl like this before and that I've left him heart broken.

Mixed signals. Is he interested or should I stop trying?

I've been seeing a guy for a month. We have met up a few times and he's stayed the night at mine (a few times), and we've been on a date. Last week, he would initiate the texting all week and we would speak mostly all day. However, it's been me starting the conversations all week this week. I texted him over an hour ago and I'm still waiting for a reply. It gives me the impression that he isn't interested (he ignored my last text last night but he was on Facebook afterwards) but then again, on Wednesday he texted me all night and was really flirty.

I just can't work him out and understand what he wants. If he doesn't text back tonight, shall I presume that's it and over with? And if he does text back, how do I go about seeing where I stand?

I genuinely really like him! I understand he might be too busy to reply straight away, but I just can't work him out. It's pretty obvious I like him.

Embarrassed about ONS at uni..?

So I have come to uni last week and I had a ONS. I've had one before and felt fine and casual sex is really not an issue for me normally but one guy in my flat has already been making comments about me being 'promiscuous' (to put it nicely).

I just feel insecure because the guy it was with was so good looking and I'm just average, I feel like he might be embarrassed about it which makes me feel awful :( I was a lot drunker than him and everyone was saying it was his 'fault' (his suggestion) and I think he just wanted to sleep with a fresher for 'lad' status or something but still... I just feel awful about it for some reason? uni is making me quite insecure in general, I feel really ugly compared to everyone here and they're all so good looking, I just feel out of place and judged even though I get on with everyone well.
