I see a big disparity in how men and women dress up in the work place these days. While the men almost always dress up in business casual, or in jeans, or maybe even in shorts, many younger women try to push the envelope.
The other day, there was one with a large chest who wore a tight top with the upper part revealing her cleavage. I mean, there was no way you could have a proper conversation with her without her chest saying hi to you.
Then there was this other woman whose dress seemed to have ripped at the back. Her bra was visible from the backside of her top as if the buttons were undone. One guy even politely told her that her buttons were undone and she told him that that was the way the dress was. Wow... then I saw some other ladies dressed similarly on the streets.
Another was wearing a skirt so short that when she sat at her desk, another few millimeters would have revealed her undergarments. Her thigh and legs were all there for you.
It is one thing to wear that to a party, but to work? And such women complain that no one takes them seriously and they don't get promoted.
