In general what do British Indian guys think of girls and relationships?

I understand that everybody is different and will have different views but recently I've started to notice this guy staring at me - and I don't understand why because I don't know what he's thinking. I don't really notice things like this so if I've noticed it ..it must be obvious. He is a British Asian guy and I was hoping if someone could enlighten me on your views and just generally what goes on in your heads.
