He has a girlfriend but he likes me WHAT DO I DO

There is a guy that I work with, we flirt all the time we text each other every day it is very clear that we are really into each other but he has been with his girl friend for 6 months. I have never told him I like him more than a friend & I know he wants me to actually tell him so I wonder if I did will that change anything, what do I do :(
