I like the guy my friend likes too

Basically since the beginning of sixth form, I started this year, my friend has liked this guy, she doesn't ever talk to him but thinks that he looks at her all the time and tries to get her attention, which isn't true. Firstly, I can't tell her this because she will get upset, secondly, to make it worse, I really like him! I haven't told her because she will get angry with me. There is a party all three of us are going to be at this Saturday, I really want to take the opportunity to try and get with him, but if I do then she will get upset.. Or will she? Because it doesn't seem as though she likes him as much as I do.. help me please, I don't want to hurt her but I don't want to miss the chance of getting with him.. :/
