Girl gone off me?

Basically me and this girl went for a drink together which seemed to go well. Then a week later we went for a meal and some drinks which seemed to go even better and she initiated the kiss at the end. I then asked her out again at the weekend, she said she's free and suggested the cinema. I then text her to ask her which day she's free...then no reply. Why would she change her mind? i've had no texts for her for the last 3 days and we always text each other each day
