I took him for granted and now he's leaving

We have been together for 8 years married for 6 years. He been my best friend since high school but didn't get together till after college. He's been saying he was going move out since January. I never believed him thinking he was just playing around. Why would he leave if everything was so prefect right well wrong. We have few problems I never realized till now. Problems stared when are twins were born. I stopped paying him any attention. It was all about them, I stilled loved I just wanted to a great mom. We stopped spending time the only time we would spend together was with the kids we never did anything with just us. There a lot more but the bottom line is I took him for granted never thought he would leave. All the times he wanted to go counseling to work out are problems I said no we don't have any problems. Every time we went out on a date I would keep calling to see if the kids were ok never gave him my complete attention. Now all I want is to go get help but it's too late. Well lately he been acting strange spend way more time with the boys. He always been great father but he been going out of his way to pick them up from school doing fun things with them. He stopped doing little thing to showed he still cared. Well I just found out all the threats of him leaving were true he been planning it since February. I took I look at his work emails and found out he moving into Cando few minutes from our house. It should be ready by late April. He already put a down payment and been talking to his cousins who a lawyer. I just found this entire out this morning. I'm so confused, lost and devastated. I can't even call him to ask because scared of what he going to say. I don't know what to do I don't want to give up I just don't know what to say to him. It might be too late to do anything.
