How to make the relationship more interesting?

Hi folks, I'd appreciate your advice. We got to know each other on some online group 2.5 months ago, I'm 26, she's 22. We've dated only 6 times, and keep dating. No physical contact so far, besides pecks and hugs when we meet / say goodbye, as she told me she needs time to reach that point. We talk every other day over the phone and date on the weekend, but it seems like there isn't much to talk about, like we talk about 10-15 minutes over the phone and there it.. ends. Also on the dates, it's not like we can spend hours talking to each other. I wonder, is it OK? (I don't have that much experience). I feel like I should somehow make it more interesting, but I don't know how. you have an idea how to spice up the relationship? Thank you.
