I've been seeing this girl for the past couple of months. Within these past couple of months, we actually haven't had a lot of time to hang around each other for several reasons, but she has expressed repeatedly how much she likes me. Moreso than anyone she has dated before. Problem: This girl is basically planning for a future job now, potentially in another country, and I'm not sure if she is considering me in those plans at all. She has mentioned what she is interested in doing, but I'm not sure she is 100% set on doing it. She is quite career driven, and has a history of giving up a potentional career path for another guy already, so I'm cautious about this. I have a short window of time, 1-3 months maybe (that is if she hasn't already decided), to win this girl over before she makes any future plans that don't include me. Another annoying barrier is that for the next few weeks or so, our only method of communication is by email. I've expressed numerous times how amazing she is, but nothing to the extent of extreme neediness. Question: What chance is there I could convince her I am worth it, and to again be more flexible with her career goals? Has she been looking past me all this time, and is there anything else I can/should be doing to garner more attention at this point? I don't want to drive her away from what she wants to do, but I want to implant in her mind what a significant loss it would be were I not there, all without coming off as very desperate or controlling. I feel as if the only person who would fully understand my current predicament is her, whom I dread to reveal this process of thinking in fear of driving her off. I'm virtually out of time, but am desperately scrambling to figure this out. | |||

What Chance Is There?
