I get so jealous of other girls........

who are prettier than me sweeter than me cuter than me funnier than me more intelligent than me I think this is because both boyfriends I had indeirectly and directly led me to feel very insecure so now when I even so much as look at a girl, stranger or not, I instantly start comparing myself to her, feeling inferior in her presence and wondering whether my exes would fancy her more than me. It is so destructive but I can't stop....:(
