Cheating Wife or Paranoia

I have suspected my wife of having an affair for years now, and it's all fueled by the fact I have not met anyone from her work (apart for 2 minutes on our wedding day) for 8 years.

I am in an impossible situation as when I question her about things, which I have a lot she gets angry which is understandable if I am 100% paranoid.

Problem is over the last year or so she has started going to my parents, and then everyone rings me up having a go at me, telling me how ill I am and that I need to get help. Strange this is I've never been paranoid about anything else before so why this?

Question is, if she was cheating at work would she go round to my families with this kind of underhand behaviour? When I tell her i just need to say a quick hello to people (maybe half a lager when picking her up from an evening) she hears it, but has done nothing about it for 3 years. I feel like this is a side of her life I know nothing about (well I hear about) but am firmly kept away from this.

What do you think? I have many suspicious things I can name over the years but no concrete proof as of yet, and I guess the more I accuse or wonder the tighter it would get if she was cheating.
