I'm too skinny and I masturbate too much.

Hi everyone,

I have a few issues I need advice with.

1. I NEED to gain weight. I range from 97-100 pounds. I'm 5'5 and I'm 20 years old. I should be 111-150 pounds. I don't really have much of an appetite either. I very rarely feel hungry (could be due to stress). So eating is a struggle.
What goals should I make? Like how much exercise should I get in a day and what type of exercises so that I don't get " fat " but toned. I don't want to gain weight to end up with a bunch of loose skin, I want to gain weight and be toned.
But I'm at a loss and I don't know what to do to get healthier.
I don't look anorexic per say, but I do look like I could gain some weight and look much better.

2. Why the hell do I masturbate so much? Seriously. Sometimes I masturbate four times a day, sometimes orgasm right after the other. But my sex drive definitely isn't that high. I wouldn't have sex four times a day. Nope.
But I can masturbate like nobody's buisness. I don't watch porn either. I just masturbate and often use my imagination.
What's up with my masturbation drive? Is that normal?

Is something wrong with me? What can I do to help myself get better?
