Hi,
So I'm a 17 year old girl currently doing my as levels so I'm right in the middle of exams at the moment. However I keep getting distracted by a niggling feeling to want to get to know this boy better. And I don't really have that much experience with boys, like I've been on a few dates but never anything further and the boys have always asked me.
Anyway my younger brother is really into football like he plays several times a week at his local club and he also plays for county etc (he's 14 by the way) and I used to go along a lot to matches to support him with my parents. So anyway he was being coached by this 19 year old boy who worked at the company as like an apprentice. My parents got to know him as obviously he's their son's coach and he's such a friendly guy and so passionate about football like he would always make my brother feel welcome and say hi to my parens and yeah. So anyway I noticed as time went on we made a lot of eye contact and he would always seem to hover near me and come and talk to my parents when games had finished so he would make a joke I would laugh and kind of have the odd convo with him and my parents and I don't know if I was imagining it because I had started t like him but I'm pretty sure he liked me! Anyway he finished at my brothers club as he got a higher opportunity so moved to anoth er club in another town (still very near by) so I kind of forgot about him.
So about 2 weeks ago I went to watch my brother again at a charity event type thing in London and he was there as a one off and all the feelings suddenly came back and I really want to get to know him more as I think he's such a great guy. But yeah I don't know when I'll see him again.
so really my question is would it be weird to follow him on twitter and see where it goes? Or would it be weirder to get his number off my brother and go from there? I just don't know what I'm doing and what's deemed as acceptable, and I don't want to look odd if for some reason I got it wrong and he really wants nothing to do with me. Just asking for some advice I guess really :)
