OK, here goes............
I have 2 great kids (18 & 15), a sucessful business, a beautiful and intelligent wife. Problem is we do not appear sexually compatible. I had had many partners before we married vs her two. My libido has always been higher than hers. This resulted in me cheating some years ago. We both tried to work through that saga but the sex soon got less and less and less. In the last 4 years I have had various clandestine lovers.
I love my wife dearly and, with the assistance of a counselor, I tried to get her to agree to an open marriage of sorts as I did not like living the lie. What I seek is permission for me to have a lover on the basis that it is about the sex and not about love. Probably unsuprisingly, she was vehemently against this arrangement. We have now had counselling twice a week for 3 months and have reached an impasse - she wants to try to bring the physical side back but I have lost all sexual attraction for her. I know this sounds terribly selfish but, trust me, it is a lonnnnngggg story.....
So here I am at this site. Why? I guess I want to share my story with others and hopefully meet people who have had similar experierces.
