Would (South) Asian parents let their offspring to date/marry a non-Asian person?

If you're South Asian or just have South Asian ethnicity (in my case) than would your parents be fine with that or not due to religious/cultural/racist reasons? My parents just wanted my sister to marry someone from their country but overall I'm thinking some would & some wouldn't. I'm directing this towards South Asian society as parents are generally more strict than non-South Asian parents.
