| I was terribly upset yesterday with my lower supervisor since he didn't perform the task that I had forwarded to him 3 months ago (don't wan't to get into details; but it was an important task that will affect me badly). He realised that it was his fault and he wanted to talk about it but I didn't reply to his email since I was incredibly upset at the moment. I decided not to see him because in my mind, I would have either (1)lost my tamper, (2)said something, although true, but may be harsh. How would I avoid him is really not an issue, but do you think that by not seeing him at the time was the right thing to do? Normally, I believe that in order to solve a problem, you need to voice your concern, but for this situation, I was such in a bad mood, that I'd rather not see the person. | |||

Is it better sometimes to just not see the person you're upset with?
