How Can I get Over Him If I was never with him to begin with?

I have been with my hubby a lil more than a decade, and have never stopped loving him, but for the past four years I have been tormented by my feelings for a co-worker. When I first saw him, it was like a movie trailer, my knees buckled, I flushed, and couldn't stop listening to every word out of his mouth. At one point, we both flirted and showed interest, but I stopped myself, and quickly avoided, and concentrated on all his faults and switched my attention to my hubby. Well, since then, he's gotten married and is days away from being a father. and as much as i convinced myself that I didnt care and I was over the dumb crush,and it was just not ever gonna work out anyway. When I saw his pregnant wife, I had to go..I didnt know why, but as soon as i got home, I started bawling uncontrolably. I dont want to feel this way...and Im tired of having feelings for someone who I was never even with to begin with..HOW CAN I GET OVER THIS ALREADY?:scratchhead:
