This annoys me in bed

I don't know how to say this nicely to him but we have issues with him already not wanting to give me oral very much. Even went to a sex therapist over it, didn't get much resolution. Anyway when he is going to do it every four or five months when the stars are perfectly aligned, he slowly starts kissing down my body. But it's not sexy kisses, it's like pecks and like he's putting off the inevitable. It's just such a turn off like you already waited five freaking months I don't need to be teased about, just do it! It just feels like it ruins the whole experience for me. But how do I tell him in a nice way without making him never want to do it again?
