Trust issues

I checked a text message that had come though my husbands phone. It was from a women telling him she was going to bed. I asked him about it said she had a partner turns out she didn't. I later checked our phone bill he was texting her 6.00am Xmas morning and several other times. I asked him to show me all text messages and FB messages said he deleted them. She also put comments on photos saying he was good looking cant wait to see you etc. He said he was sorry nothing going on she lives in another state and deleted her but keep her mother on there hmm. So I started checking history on his phone he was on a couple of dating sites but he said it was a pop up that had loaded on to his phone from a porn site which he regularly looks at. So I looked at that site and guess what could not find those pop ups. I He told me while he was drunk that a co-worker said he could have her keys to sleep at her house as he looked tierd. Apparently she lives near work and has offered all the blokes this. He is a truck driver. Also I saw foot cream in his truck I asked him where it come from as it wasn't the one I brought him, he said one of the places he delivers to gave it to him a women of course. Then I notice the other day he had two more tubes of this in his truck and didn't take the ones I brought him. He has also started deleting history of his phone. He doesn't give me any attention anymore and is also making negative comments to put me down. I haven't heard him compliment me on anything. Everything I do is not good enough he says I am not running our house properly while he is away, but I know I am a good mother and homemaker. He has sad some terrible things to me when he is drunk, but now he has given up drinking as he was so drunk he was peeing everywhere I was staying up all nite as I was worried he might fall on the kids on leave a door open. I am at the stage where I feel I am so worn down, am I being paroniod? Have his work do soon I feel so anxious and sick about going infact I feel so ill and I have been getting sick a lot since all this started. Infact everytime we go out he gets drunk and nasty I don't enjoy myself at all I am filled with dread. He said I am the one that needs help he would never do anything. :(
