Help?

Ok so im 17 starting uni in September and I haven't had a boyfriend for about 2 years. I am completely fine with that. Recently I've been going to a few parties and getting drunk and then stopping myself from making out with some guy. Anyway I was just wondering what are good ways to meet new people or just act in a way that guys find attractive? Basically im bored and am looking for some fun? Also I've never properly kissed a guy and I wanted to know some tips? :) Thank you xxx
