Should we go all the way?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for about 7 months now, and we've been having sleepovers on every weekend. However, we both wanted to take things slowly in bed, and so far we still have not had real sex yet. During our sleepovers, we would just kiss (in missionary position), he would keep his underwear on, and I would keep my underwear on as well. We have tacitly agreed that we wanted to get to know each other very well before we go all the way. We will be moving in together next Monday, and I think it will be the right time to go all the way, would you guys agree?
