Feeling depressed

Hey. I'm feeling really quite down and having a bad couple of days emotionally. My long term girlfriend broke up with me horrifically a couple of months ago and I've been coping okay for the last couple of weeks but I'm feeling really lonely and bummed out :( need a bit of cheering up if you guys are feeling nice. Whether it be a nice message or a joke etc. Cheers
