Does she fancy me?

Nb: I'm 95% sure she's gay. If someone who is generally affectionate with everyone (in a kind and totally sincere way, not a flirtatious player kinda way) if when leaving a group gathering that person hugs you, kisses you on the forehead and says "goodnight beautiful lady" could that person possibly fancy you? Or am I reading too much into it and she was probably just being her usual affectionate-to-everyone self?
