Boyfriend going to a wedding, im not invited?

So my boyfriend's uncle is getting married close to Easter but apparently I wasn't invited. I don't really know much about how English weddings work because I'm foreign myself, but normally where I'm form, when someone is an adult they get an invitation for them and their significant other. My boyfriend is 21. Is it normal for me to not be invited? I just find it a bit weird because I have an auntie who is getting married in July and he's been invited and we're both going to be going abroad to attend it. I'm a bit hurt by the fact he isn't even trying to inquire about it when I've asked him.
