I've arrived at a pickle somewhat. I live in Durham and find it hard to meet women. I do not like going out on nights out and I don't drink. Most of the women that go out in the North East, aren't really my type and I'm positive that I wouldn't be their type any way. I am not a fan of the overly obnoxious and loud type of woman, I prefer them shy and quiet and sensible. It's just that it's hard to meet women like that, because we don't know where to find them. I don't have any confidence whatsoever. I never can understand how some men can just fire up a conversation with a stranger and they end up going somewhere. I know that if I do that, they'll think I'm a creep, or they'll sense that I'm trying to chat them up and then they'll reject me.
I'd like to go to a book store and meet some women there, but again, it's the whole starting to talk to women randomly without creeping them out.
Anyone got any suggestions?
