I cant really take this anymore, and i fear i am heading down the road of depression
my first love decided to end it with me april 24th . she was 10 yrs older than me, and was at a different stage in her life, we only dated for 6 or 7 months. but it was very passionate, intense, emotional etc.
I havent got over her since. The thought of her with another man makes me tremble with grief. I spend nights just thinking about her even despite the no contact rule.
How do you recover from a severely broken heart.
