i want a passionate job, but youn unexperienced you just get crap jobs

  • Thread Starter

I really want to be trained and be passionate in a customer focussed job.

but its difficult, when your in your early 20s, little experience, the only job offers you get, are ones where youd have little enthusiasm. for instance, working in Tesco, cold calling, factory work. even jobs which are customer focussed are difficult to be passionate about, I mean who expects fashion advice when you work in topshop?

I had a job waitressing, and I actually got sacked, basically because I was not passionate enough. but it felt unnatural to me and I couldn't be passionate about something like that because I felt I didn't have much to offer people.

I really want a job where I have a good knowledge of something, which customers do not. im not really a people person, but I feel like if I have good knowledge and people would be grateful, it would be very rewarding.

one example I have was going to a tailoring shop, and the workers had good knowledge of their product, so they could help people.

does anyone have any ideas of jobs I could do without goin to uni again. or if you have any experiences of jobs you've loved for the customer satisfaction reason
