I like him way more than I used to. But we used to be really close friends, but he doesn't really talk to me any more. We text a little, but we almost never talk in real life. And he has a friend (who is male) who is constantly touching him and making advances, and he does nothing to stop it. He told me he was straight, but it doesn't seem like it.
Should I tell him I like him if I get the chance? How should I go about doing it?
