My former best friend & soon to be former roommate i need some harmless revenge tips

Alright my freshman year of college I met a girl across the hall and we became best friends, we lived together sophomore year with no problems, and but our 2 friends that we lived with previously didnt/couldnt live with us. we will call my best friend S Now comes junior year of college, S and I kept the same apartment, but our leasing office assigned us two random roommates to fill the rooms. one was a freshman (L), and the other a sophomore(K), both girls. the freshman is very loud and states her opinion, and is a huge neat freak. she freaks and sends nasty texts if we leave anything out. She acts bipolar half of the time, she will send me nasty message how i opened a bill for the apartment that was in her name, and it was my first and only time doing that, but when i got home less than an hour later she is fine and acts totally normal. She is a freshman and doesnt understand what it is like to have roommates, and live with people that are very different from her. As the year goes on S, who claims she is my best friend, slowly starts acting more and more like L. One night they decided at like 11pm to start screaming out a bunch of inappropriate words to the tune of jingle bell, immature stuff like that would happen all the time. then me and K would be chilling in the living room studying and one them would suddenly open up there door walk right by us and walk into the other ones bedroom, and close the door so we couldn't hear what they were talking about. S claimed to be my best friend and she would constantly do that when i would be in the kitchen/livingroom. S and I would go do stuff together still and act like best friends, but L would constantly invite herself along, it was almost like she couldnt stand that S and I were best friends. Her being a neat freak would bitch if me or K left anything in the sink, but if S did it wasnt a big deal, or one of us would get blamed for the mess. as the months have gone by it has only gotten worse. S and I talked about living together next year and as far as i knew we were still planning on it. suddenly L and S are attached at the hip, and its to the point where its obnoxious to live with them, and a mutual friend that we all have told me the truth that they talk **** about me behind my back to her. at the same time, the talks S and I had about where we were going to live stopped coming up from her. Im not dumb, the fact that i believe that her maturity level kinda dropped to the freshmans level caused alot of problems between me and her. suddenly we are fighting almost once a month. So i texted some other friends of mine that are current roommates about living with them. S never told me what her plans where for living next year, she just suddenly stopped talking to me about it, and now for some reason she almost avoids me, i picked up the hint/assumed. that her and L signed a lease together and she didnt know how to tell me, so i am about to make set plans with my other friends, and the other roommate, who hates the 2 of them texts me saying she overheard them talking about how they are living together next year. S still has not had the guts to tell me her plans, but i have already figured it out, and so i need some help, i want to go to her first and make her feel like complete ****, and tell her something along the lines of "hey sorry i just want to let you know i signed a lease with other people" before she has the chance too, what is the best way how to
