I was queuing for a basket till and there was a girl hovering around talking to her boyfriend who wasn't in the queue and he had the basket. I went to the next free till as she had stood back and then he decides to elbow me in the back and said "oh sorry" to make it seem and accident. At the time I felt shook up as I was on my own and didn't want the confrontation. I saw the girl look at me and I just looked back and walked out. It was quite clear she had lied and told him I had queue jumped. How can I be more aware of people's actions and would he have got away with assault because he 'apologised'?
