My H and I are doing concentrated work on our reconciliation and one area that is plaguing me is patience.
I am 44, will be 45 this year and I have NO patience right now... it is something I want to remedy because I know that can be destructive to our efforts. Yet, I have no idea how to fix it.
I know I don't get a lot of sleep and this alone could be a huge factor.
I probably need to get hormones checked since the lack of patience is totally not the norm for me
but besides those two issues... my question is this... has anyone gone through a reconciliation where it took time for patience to recover.
My past left me with complex PTSD and after all the trauma in the past 18 months it just has me wondering about what it's done to me and how to get on the other side of it, or do I just have to ask for grace and space to allow it to heal naturally on its own in the new environment we are creating.

Put the internet to work for you.
