Anyone have any background or experience on using information to leverage a better mutual divorce agreement? Can I offer to allow my wife that I support the fiction that we are breaking up for some other reason than her serial infidelity in exchange for concessions in a mutual non-contested agreement (no kids)? Does this put me on shaky ground legally in general or if the divorce gets ugly?

-Not informing the spouses of the OM she has seen.
-Not exposing her infidelity to friends and family.
-Not sharing damning evidence of any of the above.
