Inspired by this thread on tiny boobs I thought I'd make a thread on the male equivalent, tiny penises. For clarity, when I say 'tiny' I'm talking about penises less than 4.5 inches long when erect. So what do you think in about them? Are they an issue for you? Do you find them unttractive, offputting or maybe even amusing?
