having to do all the work arranging group holiday

im feeling a bit annoyed. my friends all wanted to go away together so we met up to organise and plan the trip. when everyone arrived we all just sat about talking so i had to kinda "lead the way" and say "so will we look at flights then?" and everyone was just kinda like yeah sure meh not bothered.. very laid back. so i looked up the flights and everyone was talking over me and not really paying attention. i had to shout so we will book these ones or what? and everyone again was very laid back and 'not bothered'.

i ended up walking away and sitting down by myself for a bit to see if anyone else would take over and look anything up or book anything, but no one bothered to. so without me nothing was getting done.

i then had to trawl through hostels trying to find a decent one, with no one really helping me or paying any attention (I dont think some of the people even know where we're staying or when we're going).

so now i feel a bit pissed off that ive done all the work, and i knew this would happen, i said to a friend that it would and they said "no it wont, itll be a team effort and everything will be divided between people". when that didnt happen at all! im worried when we go away itll be a case of "so what do we wanna do today?" "dunno not bothered" and ill have to make all the choices.

does anyone have any advice on how to deal with this without always having to be the "leader" and not eventually cracking up with annoyance?
