When is it dating?

Hi folks To be quite honest you don't really need to reply but it's just nice for me to be able to type my feelings someone. I think i'm seeing someone, but i'm not sure if it's quite 'something' yet. I've known this girl for, maybe 18 months, she's one of my coursemates at uni's best friends. I'm actually trying to remember how we got talking online after a party or something but we seemed to get on pretty well. Been messaging each other for a while and after xmas we ended up meeting up in person again for an afternoon which was lovely, had a nice wander for a couple of hours and a meal, I don't know if i'd call it a date. Was due to do something on Thursday 14th (the valentines word never mentioned) but ended up postponing til the weekend for unrelated reasons and again had a nice day - she paid for lunch though i told her not to. I live about an hour or so away from her, and went over on my way from somewhere else the other evening, and ended up staying over with her watching films etc until we both fell asleep snuggled up (nothing like That happened). I've never had a relationship before, we get on really well and I get the feeling we're heading in that direction but at the moment it feels like she's doing the control bit... Am i deluded?
