Is this cheating?

So, I'm dating this guy at the moment, we've only been on 2 dates so far but all seems to be going well. For awhile now I've been having a FWB with a friend, we go from being pretty close and lovely dovey, to not really caring about each other. My question is, is it wrong to sleep with this FWB dude when I'm dating another man? How long is this acceptable? I was thinking of not sleeping with FWB once I've slept with new dude? Thoughts?
