Hi all, my first post here, I could use some opinions, please feel free to ask any questions you may have. I will try to post this in chapters as to break things into smaller/easier to manage blocks. I'm 37, married with two boys, full time career with a home and a wife who works as well(same career).
The beginning:
I met a girl Judy in the final year of highschool. Being young we got off to a somewhat rocky start(neither of us took our relationship seriously) but after highschool we found ourselves deeply in love. I began college, (naively) as part of a talent career choice. After years of butt busting practice and dedication I became one of the best. I actually began to obtain some small level of fame doing what I did. I had the full support of Judy who stuck by me and encouraged me all the way. Unfortunately her parents did not. They were loving towards me but demanding. "**** or get off the pot" her mom would say. While my skill and talent and notoriety were increasing the money was just not in that business(at least not at the point...I would need a few more years to get my career to the level I could live off of it). This places pressure on Judy, who then put pressure on me. It was constant bickering, "when are we getting married", she would bark, we were "getting old" ac cording to her family(we were about 23) so after a while it began to wear on me. Desperate to please them all, I put my career to the side...and started down a much darker path in life. The things we do for love....
